Gemini issues

Every day for the past week or so my Gemini device will not connect when starting up in the morning.  I've gotten code 620 and 622, it says it's having trouble connecting to the main receiver.  After a reboot of the main receiver, it connects.  Is there a fix for this?  It also drops the wifi connection periodically, without reason.  Is this device just buggy or do I have a bad one?

Hi, @tigerboy81983. Thanks for contacting us. This error may occur mainly if the equipment has been moved. For a quick fix, check the connection on the system. If equipment has been moved, please return it to its original position and check that the cables are finger-tight on the Server and Video bridge.
