Invalid character error at login.

When I attempt to log into my direct tv app, I get an “invalid character “ error.

Hey, @eedghill, let's see if we can help you get logged into your DIRECTV app!

 

When entering your credentials you get this error? Does it happen on multiple devices or just this one? We'd recommend uninstalling and then reinstalling the app to see if the message still continues to appear after that.

What device are you using to login? have you tried using another device or browser and had the same issue? have you recently changed your password? 

 

 

We recommend Resetting Login Information and also, to try logging on another.
