Listing of topics
This forum is set to show the latest conversations first but that is not the case. The listing has numerous conversations that are 1 or more years old mixed in with recent conversations. Is there a setting I need to change to get the conversations listing with the order of new to old conversations?

No setting required. AT&T has been "cleaning up" old threads and when that happens they move to the front of the forum. They'll be done with that soon, I hope.

@ATTDmitriyCM What did we tell you? Posters are asking about the old posts at the top of the forums.

Not impressed at all with AT&T's effort to clean up old threads. It has been almost a month since I first posted this topic and instead of getting better it seems like the listing of "latest conversations" is getting worse. It took me almost a full page of threads to get to a posting that was less than 2 years old. I guess my expectation to have something done in a timely manner is unrealistic when AT&T is involved!

I'd also recommend changing from the Activity sort to the Most Recent instead.

I'm only interested in the forum related to Direct TV. Couldn't find an option to apply your suggestion re advance search to the Direct TV forum. Nor could I find an option to change the activity sort to most recent. The
Direct TV forum is already set to "Latest conversations" but as I mentioned in my original posting what I get is not a listing of the latest conversations, just a mixed listing of new and old conversations.
Activity sort to the Most Recent instead.

I got the link several months ago, saved a bookmark to it and just thought it had the same headings as a normal list. This is the link:
Search | AT&T Community Forums
You can set the forums its searching under topics (You can check more than one), and change the sort order, etc. Each of these changes is saved in the URL. Bookmark it when you've got it setup just the way you want it.
