I have the same issue. It started about 2 weeks ago with Paramount.net (NOT Paramount Plus) and since then, more apps have stopped working....

Hi @marcthomas71, thanks for reaching us
We understand how important is to have your DIRECTV service working properly.
Let's try the following steps:
1. Delete cache and cookies.
2. Reset the password, and try on different devices with the available browsers.
Let us know if it works.

Hi Angela,
Thank you for responding!
I will try and reset my password, but I do want to let you know that my directv account was merged with my att.com account (awhile ago), so I have only been using my att.com account when logging in to DIRECTV provider.
NOTE: I did try and use my old directv account, but that didnt work either.
I will let you know how things work after I change my att.com password.
Thanks,
Marc

OK, I reset my password (my att.com password) and cleared cookies / cache and tried from a browser on my laptop and it did not work. I also tried it from my ipad with the downloaded apps.
Please advise on what I can do to get this working.
Thanks,
Marc

The only solution is to use the DIRECTV app on your phone, tablet, or laptop rather than the Paramount website thru TV Everywhere.

Just to confirm, are you getting the same message once you try to watch it from the DIRECTV STREAM app?
We would appreciate your confirmation.

I have the regular DIRECTV service and using the DIRECTV app works, it's just not a pleasant experience (not wanting to bash the app). I do want to mention that I have been watching content that is part of my DIRECTV package, using the content network apps, like Paramount.net (logging in using the DIRECTV provider option) for a LONG time. It has only been recently that this seems to have stop with several of the apps. Not sure what changed, but I was able to one minute and the next, I wasn't.

Since Paramount Network programming is currently working through your DIRECTV app, it would be necessary to stream from it. Meanwhile, we recommend you to contact Paramount so they can take a look into their app.
