MLB Extra innings-MLB.TV streaming

I've been able to stream live games on mlb.tv by using my direct tv extra innings account, but now when I try to activate I keep getting message:

Activation Error

We were unable to verify your subscription access with DIRECTV. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact your provider's customer support.

@snadler Let's get you the help you need!

To resolve this issue, I recommend for you to refresh your Direct TV service.

Here is how you can do it:

Go to Account overview > My DIRECTV > Manage my plan.
Choose Refresh service under Manage & learn about equipment.
Select Refresh Receiver.
Wait 5 minutes. Your DIRECTV service may be interrupted during the refresh process.
