No Sound with Directv on one TV only
Five tvs with directv in house. One tv doesn’t have sound only when on Directv. All cables checked and secured. Not on mute. Volume up. Settings for sound verified. Directv box reset. What else could be the issue?

What is the receiver model? How is the box connected to your TV? Are you using any external speakers?

Would it be possible to swap the HR44 or connect the TV to a working mini? Do not move the power inserter.
