PC streaming, some channels work, its the ones that don't .......
My PC is windows 10, and my browsers are both in compliance with requirements to stream Direct TV(DTV). Most channels work like a champ, however the NFL channel says "My pc and direct tv box must be on the same network. NFL channel will not stream. My PC and my DTV box are on the only network in my home. NFL channel should stream. Any ideas as to why it won't stream? I spoke with DTV technician and was advised they where sending this issue up. Seems that my phone can stream the nfl channel in home on wifi, so I put my computer on wifi(it was cat5) still no love. Any advise would be appreciated.

Same result, I have plenty of channels to stream just not the one that says I can. NFL channel says my pc is not on the same network as my direct tv box. NFL channel shows that I can watch on all devices, pc, mobile, tablet and TV, and it does work on all but the PC. I've tried wifi from my pc to the gateway, same result, I've hardwired, same result.

No luck with the clearing the cache. Thanks for all the effort. I've been on the phone with both Att and DTV. The internet is not the issue, that is all we know for sure at this point. I have a thought as to what it may be. I've purchased the NFL sunday ticket with att/dtv. I have access to NFL sunday ticket from the service side of direct tv. I believe that my purchase has not migrated to the web services section of DTV. The reason I believe this to be true is if I use DTV app or DTV box it works. There is no app for PC, PC is web driven. If I log into direct tv sports page, I don't have access to the nfl channel. The problem must reside in the web service, either a error in the process or a lack of migration of purchase data. Just my thoughts at this point. Trouble ticket is in and I'm hopeful to hear back soon.

Hey @killroy7773! Let's get you watching the NFL Channel.
Let's try creating a subaccount and loging in with the new user ID to see if we can get the NFL channel.
You need to be signed in to myAT&T from a tablet or computer to complete these steps:
Here's more information on AT&T subaccounts.
Please let me know if this helps.

well that was different, only thing i had when i logged in with the subaccount was my att.net email. No DTV, no wireless. there was an option to link all accounts. but shouldn't a subaccount already have everything.

not the issue, the channel says streaming on all devices, and it does, with the exception of pc. If you use the DTV app on your mobile device in home, it works.

Just to clarify, it should work on pc, as it works on everything else. There is a problem with the web service or account, in my opinion. As the image shows, green check in all the devices, tv, pc, and mobile. This image is from the live channel feed.

Hey @killroy7773 !
Thank you for the details.
By any chance, Did you try using another PC or a Laptop to watch the NFL Network? Or, maybe use the browser on your mobile device instead of the app?
We want to get all the details to see if this is a situation associated to the network or at the fact of how it's being determined your "in-home" streaming.
Thanks!

ok, yes i have a laptop it is wifi no luck. Just tried the chrome from my phone to use the direct tv website, it wants to redirect me to the DTV app, and if I don't have it, it will direct me to the app store to get it. I do have the app and it works just fine.

Don't think the internet is the issue here, but i'm game for a fix period. On the subject of in home streaming, if every gateway/router has a mac address and said mac address is associated with customers account, and customers account is associated with street address, should not all traffic through said gateway/router be considered in home, reguardless of platform.

Update. Have not been contacted by anyone outside of this post. No ATT, No DTV. However, I went directly to the nfl.com site and clicked on NFL Network, choose Direct Tv as my provider, redirected to a DTV login. Logged in and redirected to www.nfl.com/network/watch/nfl-network-live......., able to watch NFL Network live. Seems as though Direct TVs web service may be in need of some love. Credentials are good, just had to back door it. Still want to be able to use my providers web service, as I'm paying for it....... I'm sure someone will be in touch soon. If not I'll be calling for as long as it takes for my provider to fix its web service.
