Why can't I get to access the Bally sports channels on my phone or laptop when I have the package in my regular tv format?

We want you to enjoy the service and programming as you deserve.
Please keep in mind that in order to get access to Regional Sports channels, it has to be from CHOICE package or above.
Could you please confirm what is the error you are getting, and what is the device you are using?

I'm currently trying to get the Bally regional sports channels on my Lenovo laptop Ideapad33os.
The Bally sports channels do not show up on the guide when using a laptop or Galaxie phone.
As I mentioned before I do have the package for Bally regional sports channels.
