Ballys sports app not letting me connect with direct tv
Been trying to watch padre games on ballysports app on my phone it stopped working a few weeks ago… everytime I go to connect my direct tv account it says error… I have uninstalled the app multiple times turned on my location as I do live in San Diego and should work fine…. It works on my laptop but not my cell phone

To make sure we fix common issues when streaming, can you please confirm if are you using the latest version of the Bally Sports app? Also, make sure your phone has the most recent software updates. If so, let us know what specific error are you getting, so we can step in.

Having the same problem. Says that isn’t the user id you use for this service. Care code 205.4

Same issue. Can log in to Directv so I know it’s the right password but trying to go to Bally App and it says ‘not correct ID’ Help

The code says Care code 205.4. Yes the app and phone are up to date. If you look at my account I am also having other issues that have not been fixed regarding Showtime Anytime Epix and Starz. I have been extremely patient. Nothing is being done. I am very unhappy.

Same error Care code 205.4 trying to watch Bally Sports. Tried logging out of and back into Starz just to see if it was limited to just Bally Sports, and couldn't get back in to Starz either. The user ID and password is correct!! We are missing baseball games and are extremely unhappy!!!

Are you using the same login for streaming that you previously used for satellit? If so its a known issue. You need to have different logins.

No, I am not, so that is not the issue. This just started happening yesterday. Watched like normal on Wednesday after work, then boom, can't watch on Thursday.

I am having the same issue. Glad it is nothing on my end. I spent 30 minutes trying to login to watch the Padres game yesterday :(

I have resolved my Bally Sports issue. I was using my DirecTv login and PW in the Bally Sports sign in. I ended up finding a previous Login and pw and got in.
