Business app receiver groups

I'm using the Directv for Business app. It recognizes the receivers on the same subnet but there are also a couple with red indciators.

I have grouped several receivers into their own "Receiver Group" but it doesn't appear that this function does anything useful. I'd like to limit the Homescreen to show only that one group and not the other receivers not added to that group. Is there any way to display the Group rather than every receiver?

It would alternatively be useful to "disable" a receiver or delete it from the app so it doesn't appear as an option. I realize it's simply scanning the network but being able to mark a receiver as "uncontrollable" or hidden would help.

There was no "app support" option on that page. I figured that posting would be easier than making a call (only option) and having an answer posted for everyone to see.

I guess I'm making a call...
