Can I watch things I have recorded on my dvr from my phone or tablet anywhere?
Am I able to stream shows or movies I have saved on my dvr from my phone or tablet from anywhere and anytime? (Not just from home) I have heard this is possible but haven’t been able to figure out how. Is it an option and how?

No, you cannot stream directly from your DVR when you're out of your home network. You would need to download the DVR recordings to your phone/tablet before you leave home, then you can view them anywhere for 30-days.
