channel 360 freezing
Fox news channel freezes at suspiciously select times. I suspect this is being done maliciously by someone at directv. It only happens on fox news channel 360. Please explain as I am not the only one who notices this.
Thank You

Not much we can do on the forum as we are customers just like you. Try reaching out to both FOX News and DIRECTV for them to both analyze and fix the issue. Either way, problems like this are usually fixed within a couple days.

Not likely that it will be fixed. Fox says it's not their problem. Directv no response. and it has been going on for several months.

Not sure what you're seeing. I checked Ch 360 and didn't see any issues.

@litzdog911 thanks for clearing that up.
@donsfarm does this happen on any other channels? If not, then maybe a local market issue.

360 is fine for me too. fox is known for this sort of issue, but it's always a signal strength problem not a conspiracy.

New DTV customers are now getting a 2yr price lock but are losing the 1 year discount. All TV providers have to raise their rate as the channels demand more money when their contract comes up, so DTV raises their base rate at the beginning of the year after that there are no price increases so you need to check your DTV bills to find out why it is changing.

@fxsales1959 the most plausible reason for your bill to have increased in the last 6 months would be at the beginning of the year they usually raise what you pay to compensate for the ever-increasing cost of TV rates which increased the amount everyone pays, plus you could have had a promotion and it ran out causing the increase to be even more. But since you want to switch to DISH good luck with that as their service has been down now for at least a few weeks and they still do not have it resolved to my knowledge the customers are still complaining about not being able to get through to customer service or being able to watch tv. From what DISH posted they were hacked and no one knows when they will be back to operating normally.

spoken like a DTV employee, even though i doubt you r are.
I know how this, and the economy works. most people just roll over and pay.
and throwing shade against the competition is ridiculous. I have done my homework.

@fxsales1959 That's right I am not an employee of Directv I am just a customer like you but if you think I am throwing shade at DISH then I would go look on DISH's social media and see for yourself. Was just trying to let you know what was going on and that you might want to rethink that decision to change service right now is all. But good luck with the new service.

@fxsales1959 just so you know this is on DISH's website. So I guess you didn't do your research too well! Just saying!!!
