@richk, no worries, we can break down the guide of each premium package for you. As you mentioned Cinemax, HBO Max and Starz, you can check the channels here:
Cinemax has: Cinemax East – 515, Cinemax West – 516, CINEMAX MORE – 517, CINEMAX ACTION – 519, CINEMAX 5 STAR – 520, CINEMAX MOVIES – 521, CINEMAX THRILLERS – 522, Cinemáx – 523.
Starz includes: STARZ East – 525, STARZ West – 526, STARZ Kids & Family – 527, STARZ Comedy – 528, STARZ Edge – 529, STARZ In Black – 530, STARZ Cinema – 531, STARZ ENCORE East – 535, STARZ ENCORE West – 536, STARZ ENCORE Classic – 537, STARZ ENCORE Westerns – 538, STARZ ENCORE Suspense – 539, STARZ ENCORE Black – 540, STARZ ENCORE Action – 541, STARZ ENCORE Family – 542.

That is almost what I asked for. I assume if I look for all channels that start with Starz that will be right. For Cinemax I look for ones that start with Cinemax and are included with Ultimate and not with Premiere that list is starz and the ones in Premiere are Cinemax encore, etc?

HBO and all the rest of the premiums are from channel 500 to 560.
560 to 570 is EPIX, Smithsonian Channel, HD NET movies, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, etc.
Cinemax is not included with Ultimate. Unless,
of course, you add it on to your package for an extra fee. However, PREMIER has all of those premiums.

So you are saying that there is no list that says "If you buy HBO Max you get these stations"; if you buy showtime, you get these"

No, I never said that.
I said where exactly in the Guide the channels are located.
There is a list of the channels included. For example, if you got the HBO add-on, you would get ALL the HBO channels in the Guide. I’m sure they are noted in the channel lineup and online as well.

So, if I search the PDF for "HBO" and take all the channels from the main section plus the ones from the Hispanic section, I will get what's in HBO. If I search the list for "Starz" the ones that also say "encore" are already included in Ultimate.
I was hoping for a simple statement like "If you buy HBO, you get these stations"
