Check the Wireless Video Bridge connection that is located near the main Genie HD DVR. Be sure the Video Bridge is ON and has a secure coaxial connection. Also check the lights on the wireless bridge and be sure they are GREEN. Once you have verified all this, hit the red reset button on the main Genie HD DVR. This will be located on either the right side if you have an HR54 or hidden behind the access card door where it says PRESS on the front on the H44 or HR44.
