CW's blurry NASCAR lineup

I am a 10-year DirecTV customer. I started watching NASCAR a long time ago and some of the races are on CW. I watch them last year every one of them you could not see clearly the names of the drivers or the numbers at the bottom of the screen they're always blurry. I was told they were working on it well here we are another year nothing's changed!
