Nope, sorry. Unlike Windows or a similar operating system, DIRECTV DVRs don’t have a recycle bin. Once something is deleted, it cannot be recovered. However, if you go to Recording Manager and ‘History’, you can see the program that was deleted and try to either re-record it again when it airs or find it on-demand (granted that your receiver is connected to the Internet).
