DirecTv and Fire stick login issue.
Recently I installed the DirecTv app on my Fire stick. I get DirecTv through the complex I rent from. When I put my credentials in, hit sign in. I have gotten 3 care codes. The codes are in sequence, 602, 600 then 24 hours later, 902. I have uninstalled the app multiple times. Rebooted my router. All of the common troubleshooting ideas.
I would appreciate any assistance with this.

DirecTV Satellite or DirecTV Stream service? If you're getting DirecTV through your rental complex, then it's likely a "Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU)" installation. I don't think you'll be able to use the DirecTV App in that situation.

I have been using the streaming app on my Roku for 3 years. I forgot to mention that. But I did run into similar issues when I first started using the Roku app. After that, it worked flawlessly in multiple situations. I can't watch all of my DVR recordings on the app however. Some, like recorded NHL games are only available on the receiver DVR.

Your Firestick should be 2nd Gen or higher. If yes, please reset your DIRECTV credentials by visiting Manage your DIRECTV user ID or password. Resolving 201 Error Code | DIRECTV Support and try to log in again. Need more help? Contact us DIRECTV Customer Service - Phone Support & Chat

We investigated a little further. Please reset your modem/router for your ISP. That should clear up the issue. DIRECTV

It worked before I needed to reset anything. Not sure what fixed it but I'm happy now! Thx for the help.
