@Cozy that is most likely because you chose the phone version rather than the tablet version.
The phone version is called ‘DIRECTV On the Go.’
The tablet version is called ‘DIRECTV for Tablets.’
If still no success, you would have to find an APK online for DIRECTV for Tablets, preferably the newest version. Once downloaded, click on the file and proceed to download. You may have to toggle a Setting in the ‘Settings’ app to allow the download of unknown sources.
