directv app My Library Refresh not updating
The Directv app on my Roku smart tv is not refreshing My Library items.
It hasn't changed since I loaded the app.
The receiver it is connected to is on the internet. The speed test is outstanding.
The Directv app is pointing to the correct receiver.
I tried removing the app, then re-adding, but it came back with the same settings which tells me that it was never really removed. I didn't have to reenter my credentials.
I logged off the app, then back on.
Same result.

This ‘bug’ has been witnessed on the app by many. No one knows when DIRECTV plans to fix this.
