I'm trying to use Bally Sports website/app and when using DirecTV provider to sign in, it says

Bad Request

The Access Manager WebSEAL server received an invalid HTTP request. Then, I tried downloading the DirecTV app, selected "DirecTV" used the satellite user id/password, but then said I needed the DirecTV Stream login, even though I didn't select DirecTV Stream. On DirecTV website, it says go to directv.com/entertainment to watch video online for Satellite customer, but when I click that link, it tells me to log in with a Stream id/password. From what I've seen, I should be able to watch with satellite, not just stream. I've tried on both my phone and laptop and on a private browser. I always used to be able to login to Bally with the DirecTV satellite login, but just the past few months it hasn't been working.
