Directv as service provider to watch CNN online- will not log in/authenticate
As of this week, Directv will not allow me to watch CNN online. Usually, I have no problem but lately, it asks for a login and then says I am not authorized to view this content. CNN is part of my regular Directv package. How can this be fixed?

Well you are in the wrong forum then. DirecTV Stream credentials work fine for the internet streaming service.
Moving to DirecTV satellite.

DirecTV or DirecTV Stream, which is the forum you have posted. They are 2 different paid services.

Directv. Not the new Directv Stream.
Logging into CNN.com and clicking Live TV to watch content on CNN or HLN or CNN International. It asks for a provider log in which would be Directv. In this case, it is not logging in and allowing access to watch when CNN is part of my lineup and has been working until recently.

You are a DirecTV satellite subscriber, not an internet DirecTV Stream subscriber. They are 2 different paid subscription services. I have moved to the correct forum.

Anytime. By the way, did you select DirecTV or DirecTV Stream as the provider? If you are a satellite subscriber, you would select DirecTV not DirecTV Stream. They both are valid as supported providers.
