Directv as service provider to watch CNN online- will not log in/authenticate
As of this week, Directv will not allow me to watch CNN online. Usually, I have no problem but lately, it asks for a login and then says I am not authorized to view this content. CNN is part of my regular Directv package. How can this be fixed?

Directv. Not the new Directv Stream.
Logging into CNN.com and clicking Live TV to watch content on CNN or HLN or CNN International. It asks for a provider log in which would be Directv. In this case, it is not logging in and allowing access to watch when CNN is part of my lineup and has been working until recently.
