DirecTV Channel availability on NBC Sports App
I am a DirecTV subscriber who received NBC Sports Bay Area as part of my subscription on my TV.
When I log into NBC Sports App on my phone with my DirecTV sign in and try to bring up the NBC Sports Bay Area Channel - it cannot authenticate. It did not ask for my PW when I did that? It immediately opened the programming but when I tried to access it- it said Cannot Authenticate? What is wrong? How can I troubleshoot?

I still receive NSBAHD on my TV but cannot access via streaming on Apps on my iPhone,.
