DIRECTV login with STARZ app content locked

Hi, Whenever I try watching content through the STARZ app, I get a content lockdd message on most shows/movies and this never happened before. STARZ support says they don’t control the content so contact DIRECTV because they control it. DIRECTV says I should have access to everything. What’s going on here? My answers are cyclical.
