DirecTV receiver records programming, but gets error code 775
It's recording shows that we're previously recorded since error code occurred, but there is no live viewing. Satellite signal must be getting to HR24 receiver. I've tried rebooting. Nothing.

What are your other receiver models? Do you know of any current or past issues that could have caused this? Error code 775 means your LNB isn’t getting the power it needs or there is a coax cable issue, splitter issue, LNB issue, or receiver issue. Do you see a gray or black power inserter? Does it have a solid green light? Is it connected to the POWER PASS port on the SWM Splitter (if you have one)?

775 is no power to the SWM LNB on the dish arm so you are not recording the sat channels but are recording from the On Demand channels that uses the internet.
