These channels are both broadcast from satellite 99R, which may or may not be in your market. To be sure, please click the Menu button, go down to Signal Strength, and keep clicking the plus button on the satellite selection(101 should be default) until you get to satellite 99R. How are your signals looking? Because you indicated that all the other channels come in fine, I would come to believe that your market doesn't receive this specific satellite or a couple transponders, one of which has channel 2060 and 2061.
