"GameSearch hasn't found your program" box appears when a game is not blacked out

Whenever I try to watch a game on MLB Network channel 213, I get a pop-up box that says "GameSearch hasn't found your program. Regional Coverage is blacked out on this channel. Sorry, a channel where it is available has not been found, but we're still searching." I can still see the game behind the box but I can't get the box to go away. It's happening right now for a Yankees/Red Sox game but I'm in San Diego so that certainly should not be blacked out for me.

This is also happening with at least one other receiver we have in our house. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting and that worked but only for a few days and I don't want to have to keep resetting my system that frequently. 

I am now being told that the same message box is appearing non-sports channels as well.
