- Check your remote for any stuck buttons, especially the Guide or Home button, as this could cause the menu to appear unexpectedly.
- If you are using a Gemini device, consider unpairing and re-pairing your remote to refresh the connection. To do this:
* Press and hold the DASH (–) and APPS buttons until the LED blinks blue twice.
* Restart your Gemini device by pressing the red button or unplugging and plugging it back in.
* Pair the remote again by holding FAST FORWARD and REWIND together for 2-3 seconds while pointing at the device.

Thanks for prompt response I did the Red Button reset after I posted and it resolved the issue.
