HBO Max subscription incl with ATT internet. Do I also get HBO channels on DirecTV satellite?
If I have an HBO Max subscription included with the ATT gigabit internet service, does that enable HBO channels on my regular DirecTV satellite receiver? Each time i ask ATT support i get a different answer. I saw 1 thread here that talks about syncing the accounts (which i have) and eventually the channels show up?

It should if your internet account and Directv account have the same billing address. I get HBOMax through my wireless plan. The Directv HBO channels automatically got added to my Directv account within a week of activating the free HBO.

I haven't had any luck! It's been over 30 days, 6 different Rep's and 4 hours of frustration. Under details for the Internet 1000 plan it clearly states, if you have residential DIRECTV, DIRECTV STREAM, or U-verse TV, HBO channels and HBO On Demand will also be added on that TV platform.

I'm a AT&T Internet 1000 subscriber with HBO MAX. I'm also subscribing to DIRECTV STREAM, but my HBO channels aren't populating in the channel guide per the Internet 1000 agreement, under see offer details.

@OMG_its_Unreal This is exactly what I experience when dealing with Directv for this very same issue. They say contact AT&T. Then when you contact AT&T , they say contact Directv. Amazing really they don't know their product offerings.

I have a screenshot to prove this offer, but my IP Address has been blocked from uploads. As an AT&T Internet 1000 subscriber with HBO MAX, bundled with DIRECTV STREAM, the HBO channels should populate in the Channel Guide per the Internet 1000 agreement under, see offer details.
Under, see offer details under the section HBO MAX: it reads; If you have residential DIRECTV, DIRECTV STREAM, or U-verse TV, HBO channels and HBO On Demand will also be added on that TV platform. May be billed and then credited on that TV platform within 2 bills.

If you read further up, DIRECTVhelp has instructed me to create a post on the AT&T Forums, to get more information about how to redeem that offer. While AT&T Community Forums directed me to DIRECTV Community Forums since this is their product. When it's all AT&T owned and the consumer has to put up with the (Edited per community guidelines). @OMG_its_Unreal same thing happened to me about the chat icon but finally got one. In a chat now but the rep doesn’t seem to get it. I’m not surprised. After all the specific explanation I get instructions about how to log on to HBOMax.
Finally the rep says to contact AT&T so they can help with my account. It’s useless. I hope you have good luck and if you are successful let us know.

All details have been provided with the retention's department, but to no avail... This matter has been resolved through cancellation of DIRECTV Stream. Signed up with YouTube TV, 7 day FREE trial and $54.99/mo for your first 3 months
$64.99/mo thereafter. :)

I am having this same issue. Reps don't seem to understand when you call it in. Clearly states I should be getting the HBO linear channels and on demand content with my Unlimited Elite plan through DirecTV Stream at att.com/hbo-max . Look towards the bottom in small print.
