HBO on Demand Shows not recording and stop mid viewing

I recently added HBO Max. I'm trying to watch an episode, but it plays for a while and then freezes.  I attempted to record the episode, but it did not record; it reads "Pending Recording".  I set up multiple episodes to record. They all read "Pending Recording." It has been two days, and they all read "Pending Recording."

I have a Genie 2  system.  A Server and 1 satellite device.
