History Channel and A&E opt in
I have been trying to opt back in to have the History channel and other A&E channels added back to my channel line up, but every time I click on the opt in link I get a page to login, and then when I login it goes to a blank, white page, and I can't do anything.

I have visited the opt in page and received a msg that request had been noted and channel should be restored, but it is not in my channel lineup. Help please.
