What receiver remote model? By HR55-700 I assume you made a typo and meant to say HR54-700.
Go into Menu, Settings, and Remote Control. Choose to Program TV. Click on your TV brand and specific model number. If the model number isn’t listed you will have to likely play around with more codes to get it properly paired. Although, the receiver may be able to manually program the remote with the TV.
As far as the Soundbar goes, if you have an RC7x remote, it can’t work with that.

The RC7X remotes where not made to turn on/off soundbars or A/V receivers but HDMI-CEC should.
