how can I watch directv on firestick or FireTV ?

It should be labelled HDMI 3.  Without knowing exactly how your TV uses non-connected inputs, my guess is that if you try to select an input which is not connected to anything (I assume you have never had Spectrum service) the TV defaults to an input that is connected (in this case Directv).
