I cannot view 4K Content on my LG CX Series OLED 4K Television

Hello,

I own a LG - 65" Class CX Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV and I cannot see 4K content.  When I choose a 4K signal, the mini genie I have seems to turn off, while it switches to the 4K content.  My TV then thinks the box is turned off and I get a message saying I need to turn on my "set up box".  When I try nothing happens.  This has been going on for a while so I finally decided to reach out for help!
