I have no picture but the channel guide still works
I have no picture but the channel guide still works. Also, the List of recorded shows works, but they show no picture. TV is fine, Netflix works.

DVR/Receiver model number?
Have you tried resetting the box using the red reset button?

I just did that, and it is working! Thank you! My kids are home on April vacation and I'm working, so the TV is essential!
