If Having Issue Logging In Online - ATT are merging ATT Accounts with Directv Accounts

Admins could you make this a sticky?  Can't tell you how many issues I responded to having them verify their account #'s because the same happened to me.  Customer Services not looking at this because they don't have a script yet.

I called and chatted with people at DTV for days.  Nothing ever worked.  Dumb  luck I had an old bill with the account# and noticed on the MyATT app it wasn't the same anymore.  I then stumbled on the Merging Account, which fixed my issue.  I found a link with the steps... it for businesses, but does the job.
