Issues with DirecTV app and 3rd-party apps.
I'm a DirecTV satellite customer. As of yesterday, many of my channels are not showing up in the DirecTV app on my tablet and mobile phone. Also, when I try to watch ESPN through the ESPN app, I get an error message after entering my DirecTV credentials. (Both of these apps worked fine two days ago).
All my channels still work through the satellite. Also, when I go to DirecTV.com on my laptop, all my channels are available in the guide and I can watch live TV. So it seems to be an issue with the mobile app.
How can I fix this usse?

Hello @rcarreyn, we want you to enjoy your favorite programming anywhere with the app.
We can try following some steps to fix common problems like missing channels, the app crashing or buffering while using the DIRECTV App. Also, have you tried uninstalling and installing ESPN app or trying a different device? It helps to correct common errors with this app. We'll be attentive to your response to make sure if everything is properly working now.

I have tried all the usual stuff (and more). I've uninstalled/reinstalled the DirecTV and ESPN apps on multiple devices. I checked the NBC Sports app to confirm it's a DirecTV issue and I get the same error message.
The guide on the DTV app is missing the majority of my channels. And the 3rd-party apps that require DTV credentials are not working on my Samsung phone, Samsung tablet, or Roku.
I also confirmed under "Receiver Control" on my DTV app that my devices are connected to my Genie (there's a check mark, which the DTV agent says confirms that the devices are linked).
Strangely, at My AT&T's website. it says my Genie is not connected to the internet. I checked the connection -- it says I have a great signal. I also refreshed my receiver via that website, so it's obviously connected to the internet.
Even more strangely, I tried to watch DTV through a browser on my phone (since DTV.com works on my laptop) and it redirected me to the old "DirecTV on the Go" app. That app, which is supposedly going to be discontinued soon (and doesn't appear in the Google Store, as far as I can tell), works fine. All my channels show up, I can watch ESPN, etc. But this obviously doesn't solve the problem, particularly for the Roku.
Browsing the internet, this seems to be a common issue that just popped up recently for many people. Calling DirecTV is useless. They told me to wait 24 hours and the guide would repopulate. That obviously didn't happen.
DirecTV needs to fix this issue ASAP.

They might be updating or something. I can get my local PBS station now and never could before. But still not getting all the channels I were. Or using espn or foxsports or nbc sports apps either though.

I am having the exact same problem on all my apps on ROKU. Tried a firestick, same thing. This is a Directv issue. @DIRECTVhelp , any way this can get some serious attention? A pretty big sports weekend about to get started...
