Loss of picture & sound.
New subscriber, two TV's, master bedroom & living room. Living room TV perfect, main box located there, bedroom TV lost sound Monday but kept picture, both picture & sound disappeared Tuesday. Turned set back on Wednesday and everything worked. Turned on tonight and picture but no sound, shut it off and turned it back on, no picture or sound. All connections are good, inside & out.

Please tell us, are you getting any error messages?
You may want to use different HDMI cables to see if you still get no picture and sound. Also, please refresh your DIRECTV service by clicking on My Equipment.
