MLB.tv / MLB Extra Innings authorization error - VALIDATE_INVALID User Not Entitled For Adobe Resource [ADOBE_MLBTV]
I added MLB Extra Innings to my account on February 25. I received the order confirmation in my email and I see the MLB Extra Innings icon in my add-ons section on the DirecTV website.
I'd like to use MLB.tv for spring training games and streaming access, but when I follow the instructions to link the MLB.tv account with DirecTV, I get an Authorization error from MLB - VALIDATE_INVALID User Not Entitled For Adobe Resource [ADOBE_MLBTV]. This happens with different web browsers and different computers.
It seems like some part of DirecTV's backend doesn't think I've subscribed.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Unfortunately the calls to DirecTV customer service haven't resolved the problem. And MLB isn't helpful, they tell me to call DirecTV. There have been posts about this over the years, but no clear resolution is available.
I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who's run into this before and how they solved it. Thanks!

The Spring Training Games are not included with the MLB Extra Innings subscription, but you can watch some of them on your Regional Sports Channels.
