NBA League Pass online

I've been a regular subscriber to NBA League Pass on Directv, and supposed to have free access to the online games.  But even though the NBA.com registers I have Directv as my provider, their customer support says my provider is controlling my access and I cannot see the games until they grant access. 

What am I supposed to do when you have my money? I can see the games on the NBA channels, but in 2022 I'm supposed to get the streaming option for free.
