On Demand shows showing 927 error or have to record
Been having problems watching on demand shows. Sometimes I get a 927 error code saying content is not available at this time. Also, sometimes when I select cast&crew from the info page, it freezes and spins for a long time.
I called customer service several times this month. They sent a technician this morning. He said it was my internet package and I needed to upgrade to a faster speed. I did. Checked Direct TV again and same problem.
So if increasing my internet package did not resolve this issue, what is the problem?

Can you plug your Direct TV box into your router via ethernet cable. I only have 300 mbps but usually get around 250. I have my Direct TV box plugged into my wireless router and don't have issues.
