Roku/TNT and TBS/ Direct TV

Last night I was able to watch TNT and TBS on my roku using my Direct TV subscription.  Tonight it is saying I do not have access and to contact my Direct TV.  My other channels are working.  How do I fix TNT and TBS?

We're here to help @Harrylp! Let's get your TNT and TBS channels working properly. 

 

Please try to refresh your DIRECTV Channels and service. Let's also try resetting your receiver.

 

If this doesn't help, we just need additional information to further assist.

  • Are you using the DIRECTV App to watch TNT and TBS channel. If so, have you try troubleshooting the DIRECTV App?
  • Have you tried tried restarting the device?

@DIRECTVhelp DeShawnae, how would resetting service on a RECEIVER fix a streaming problem?? @Harrylp I recommend reinstalling the TBS and TNT apps on your Roku and being sure that the email and password are entered correctly.
