scoreguide on ESPN channels
Scoreguide doesn't work on any of the ESPN channels on my Genie Gen 2 receiver. It does work on my wireless video bridge. It works on all the other sports channels.
I tried another Genie Gen 2 receiver and it has the same problem. I talked to an agent at DirecTV and he said his has the same problem. He submitted it to their support and they said "We have reviewed your escalation and found no widespread issues similar to what you reported."
Has anyone found a fix for this?

Hi, Jim. We apologize the ScoreGuide is not working on ESPN channels. It requires one of the more recent DIRECTV receivers. You need a DIRECTV receiver model that begins with D, R, or H to use ScoreGuide. May I ask what type of receiver do you have? Gemma, DIRECTV Community Specialist

The receiver is Genie Gen 2, model HR44-500C-R.
