scrambled pixelated screen

On one TV in my home....I can no longer watch Direct TV for this past week.      it is a pixelated screen as if I were to have cable or a satellite dish.  

We are internet based, so we project from electronic devices such as phones, tablets, computers.

I have projected from both my Iphone and my Ipad and same result.

I can project other software such as Amazon Prime and Netflix with no issues to the same TV

Then I projected Direct TV to my other TVs in my home....and all work fine.

why just this one TV?   

suggestions for a fix?      I wouldn't mind buying a new TV, but I am hoping it is not necessary

oh...and I am not using a device like the Google Chromecast.

Currently there is an outage with the Vizio TV, no worries, our technical team is working with the engineers to fix this as soon as possible, thanks for your time and patience.

ok...was reading other issues.   The TV with the issue is a Vizio
