Need information about the SEC Plus network, such as phone number to subscribe.

Usually having a plus means it is a separate streaming service that you have to subscribe to using their website. Nothing to do with DTV.

DIRECTV doesn’t offer SEC + network or subscription, you would get that as a separate standalone service. The internet is your friend, I’m sure there is a website somewhere to sign up for the service.
