Streaming Korean Channel Package on Ipad

We subscribe to Directv and the Korean package. We have no difficulty receiving the Korean channels at home but are unable to access them though the streaming app. We can stream regular programs but only channel 2080 is accessible. What do we need to do to stream the other Korean channels when traveling out of town?
