Unable to access Showtime Anytime through DIRECTV

Unable to access Showtime Anytime, Epix or STARZ apps through DIRECTV subscription. I keep getting an error message on all three apps that I don’t subscribe but I do. I have spent hours on the phone with DirecTV technicians along with chat sessions to no avail. I have deleted and re-downloaded all apps and I have change my login and password on my AT&T/DIRECTV account to no avail.Has anyone experienced this?

Have you tried using the regular ‘DIRECTV on the Go’ application? This app still allows the streaming of STARZ, SHOWTIME, HBO, etc. the app also has on-demand for these channels.

There’s no need to get the third-party channel application when you can use the DIRECTV application for phones and tablets.

I’m locked out of my original account so I created a new username. Can a DIRECTV support specialist send me another invite to chat on this situation?

I’m having the same issue.  I have a subscription to showtime with directv, but showtime anytime app says I don’t have a subscription.

Mine was an unusual situation. It was because I had two accounts one for myself and one for my sister. It was taking the information from my sisters account rather than from mine. My sister did not have showtime anytime or any of the other premium channels. We ended up unmerging my accounts with my sister.

I had this issue where I would try and log in through my direct tv provider and it would always show the page saying “you are not subscribed to showtime blah blah” but I AM.

I FINALLY found the solution for me. It was through my iPhone settings where my problem was. I had to go to TV Provider tab in the settings of my iPhone. It looked like I was still signed in to my old tv provider spectrum. I signed out there and signed back in usuing my Direct TV provider login. Then it began working for me on all my Apple devices and other TVs!!
