using apple TV
Can't find a Directtv app on our appleTv so I can stream our service to the outside TV without running a new cable. Anyone know if there is a way.

There is no Directv app for Apple TV or any other streaming device. The best you can do through an Apple TV is using your Directv credentials on the various network apps. Otherwise, the only way to watch Directv on any TV is for the TV to be connected to a Directv receiver or client.
