On the same entertainment page I can not sign into watch now. It says hang on we are signing you in, then goes back to the entertainment page without logging in.

Can you please try to manually update your browser to the latest version? You can also confirm if the DIRECTV player on your computer has the latest version available.

Browser is correct. I know nothing about the Player. It is not mentioned in these instructions:

Cleared Cookies & Cache on this PC & my laptop. Using Edge, No change.
Installed Chrome on laptop with the same result.
