It says it is in my line up on 501. 501 is HBO (plain) not MAX. Please advise

There is no HBO Max channel. HBO Max is a streaming service. You need the HBO Max app and a streaming device. You also get all of the HBO satellite channels but not all content is available on those channels. Some content can only be streamed.

HBO Max is a separate subscription service that you sign up for. There maybe an offer for a free year if you have an HBO subscription with DTV.

@shannon02 If you pay for HBO through Directv, that includes access to the streaming service, it’s not extra.
