Why is DirecTV changing the way we access our recorded programs

Why is it necessary to change the way we have always accessed our recorded programs?  I've read the reasons why you say you changed it, but this isn't helping at all.  It has only made it more complicated.

1) We are no longer able to watch our favorite game show that we record every day.  It says we have 5 available shows, but we cannot access any of them.

2) It only shows us approximately 5 of our recorded shows.  You used to be able to click on "List" and see all your recorded programs.  Now we can't do that.

3) You claim that there was too much "verbage" on the old list method.  You're going to pictures???  We aren't stupid people.  We can read.

4) We used to be able to access our recorded programs with One Click.  Now we have multiple clicks and we still can't get to what we want.

We have had DirecTV for 15+ years.  This is extremely frustrating.  If the "Powers that Be" at DirecTV think this is going to make people happy, I think you are going to be sorely mistaken.  If you think people are going to order more of your pay-per-view and movie channels by doing this, you may be sorely mistaken.  My suggestion to you is that you figure out a way to bring back the old list or you will be losing customers.
